1. Setup and evaluation

We assists you in adapting the property to our high standards. This includes any construction work the property might need, furnishing and also creating property manual and an inventory of all the items belonging to your home.

2.Legal paper work

Whatever it is, we take care of your paper work.

3. Marketing

For each property, we make a professional photo shoot (at our expense) to use on our website, online rental platforms, mobile applications, google maps and social networks.

4. Booking

We manage all bookings, including guest check-in and property check-out assessment.

5. Payment

We manage the whole payment process with transparency. You can follow all reservations and revenue achieved 24 hours a day anywhere in the world. At the start of each month, we credit the property rental proceeds into your account.

6. Maintenance

We handle everything from cleaning to maintenance before and between each different booking.
